+ Why book with us direct?

When you book direct you pay less with no third party booking fees. You can book directly on our website


+ Do you require a rental agreement?

Yes, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement. A link to the agreement can be found on the book now page.


+ What are your check-out instructions?

Each property is different, but we try to keep it simple at all properties and limit the requests. Specific check-out instructions will be communicated

  1. Put all towels in the bathroom floors or bath-tubs.
  2. Make sure decks and firepit areas are free of man made debris.
  3. Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle.
  4. Ensure trash is in bear proof trash cans outside.

    + Do you have a minimum night stay?

    Our minimum night stay varies with seasons. Typically 3 to 7 nights, depending on the season. But, if you have a request that doesn't fit our typical minimum please do not hesitate to reach out to see if we have flexibility for your stay.

    + Where are you located?

    We are located in Sevierville, Tennessee just a short drive to all of the local attractions.

    + What times are check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure.

    + How does check-in work? Do we have to go somewhere to get keys?

    You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys. Approximately 7 days prior to your check in you will receive your personal keyless entry code. Just arrive at the cabin and use the code provided which will be active for the duration of your stay. If you need help with access or information at any time, don't hesitate to contact press the Ring video doorbell. Someone will be available to assist you in entry and if you have any other questions.

    + Where can we get driving directions, house details, access info, Wi-Fi, etc. to help us plan our trip?

    Details will be sent to your email a week prior to your checkin date.

    + How many parking spaces are available?

    This depends on the property, however, both have adequate parking for the number of allowed guests, reach out for specifics of the property you are considering.

    + Do you have wi-fi and cable at the house?

    Yes, our home has high speed wireless internet and cable throughout the home. All living rooms and bedrooms have 4kTVs with streaming services such as netflix included.

    + May we bring an animal to your vacation home?

    No, Due to allergies with guests and ourselves we are unable to accomodate animals. Any animals brought to the property will result in an immediate termination of the agreement, with no refund.

    + What are your house rules?

    The rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep from cancellation.

All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.

No more guests than allowed per the particular property

Must be at least 25 years old to rent

No smoking of any kind inside the cabin

No animals allowed

Parties will not be tolerated and will be subject to automatic eviction

Follow all check-out instructions

We understand things happen. You have damage insurance, so please let everyone in your group know if they break something to please let us know right away so that we can try to fix or replace it before our next guests arrive.


+ What are the Flying Pig Vacations booking terms?

Payment & Fees

We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 60 days of arrival.

Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incured by the guest.


+ What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations before 60 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less the administrative fee. Cancellations after 60 days of arrival will NOT receive a refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.


+ Do you supply linens?

Yes. All bedding, bathroom and kitchen towels will be supplied.


+ Do you have any baby gear?

Yes, however, the content depends on the property. Please ask for details about the property you are considering.


+ Do you allow smoking in your home?

There is NO SMOKING inside the cabin. If we find that you have smoked in our cabin, there will be a minimum $500 fine charged based on the cost to remove the odor. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the provided ash dispensers.


+ Do you have security cameras?

Yes, we have exterior facing security cameras. We do this to ensure your safety and the safety of our family when in the property. This is not a high crime area, but high-end vacation homes are at more risk.
